My Question or Issue

I have premium family for myself and my husband but we are unable to both listen to our individual playlists at the same time.  It tells me I am listening to his phone and vis a versa

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like both you and your husband are accessing the same Spotify account. In this case, we'd recommend taking a look at the steps provided in this Spotify Answer.

 

If you each have your own Spotify accounts already, it'd be a good idea to follow the steps here to log out from your devices. Then, you can sign back in on each device, making sure to enter your own account's credentials.
