My Question or Issue
The invitation from my wife is not working even though it worked in the past. I tried several times, my wife tried to cancel invite and re-sent it, however it still does not work. I always fill in my initial, address and after submitting it I receive a message that the access to the family account was not successful. Please advice. Thank you. Vladimir.

So sorry for this issue you are experiencing. Please make sure that you two do stay in the same address, or the invitation will not work.
Have you tried sending the invitation to another email address or double check the email address to make sure it’s correct?
