My Question or Issue
Hi,
I just invited a family member to premium for family, but the email isn't getting sent. We double checked his account, and was able to reset the password, so the email is valid and spotify is able to send him emails. I checked the spam folder, and the invite email is not there. What can I do?

Could you try to issue a new invitation but this time via an incognito browsing session? Don't forget to check the spam folder as well.
If the invitation is still not arriving, try to update the email address in the account you'd like to invite. See if the invitation does arrive to a different email address.

@guido I was able to send it to another email address, and he was able to accept it there. Unfortunately, the original email address still isn't receiving the invite.
Are there any other options to make the original email address work?
