Hi Community! So if I am logged into the desktop and my iphone (same wifi) with the primary account (family premium) I can sync/download local files with no problem.
The issue is that my family members can't download/sync the same local files. They can see the playlists on their phone but when you try and download it gives the standard errror/advice on how to sync from the desktop.
As well with the family member accounts, there doesn't seem to be a way for them to log in to the desktop app, which I would assume would then allow the syncing to work.

In order for the Premium Family members to download local files on their mobile devices, they have to first import them onto their own account following the instructions listed here.
If they are having trouble logging in, we recommend that they reset their passwords here. If that still doesn't help you can post a screenshot of the error messages they are receiving here. This would help us take a closer look at the issue.
