Premium for Family invitation is not working

Premium for Family invitation is not working

So, my husband (Ricardo) and I lived with my father (Hamilton) in Brazil. We shared a family account.
Then, we (Ricardo and I) moved to another country, I changed my account country setting and was obbligated to leave the family plan. Ok. My husband (the family account owner), changed the credit card and also the account country setting. After a month, and the first payment under the new credit card, his account is now in the same country as mine (Canada).
We are living in the same address, he sent the invite to me, but when I try to accept, it asks if I live in the same place as Hamilton lives (my father). I don't know why Spotify keeps this information, as nobody appears on Ricardo's family members list.

How can I share the family account with my husband again???
