Premium for Family suddenly disappeared

Premium for Family suddenly disappeared

I have renewed my payment for Spotify Premium for Family last September 9, with Order ID: [snip - Community Moderator edit]

 

I have successfuly added members to my Premium for Family, but now, October 10, it shows that my account is just Spotify Free. What happened here? I have also verified on my bank statement that the payment went through.

We'd first suggest making sure that you're logged in the right account. You can find more steps on checking if you have other accounts with us by following the steps in this Spotify Answer.

 

If you're accessing the correct account, we'd recommend double checking with your bank the status of your subscription.
