Premium for Family

I join the Premium for Family plan but my family cannot approve the address. What happened?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If your family members are having trouble joining your Premium for Family plan, ask them to clear their browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to join.

Also, ask them to make sure they're logged in here before clicking the "Accept Invite" button on the email they received.
