My Question or Issue

 I have been using Premium for Family and currently have it on my laptop, ipad and iphone. I have just recently got a Samsung mobile and when I download the Spotify app I am getting the free one which has adverts. Even though I have logged in and it has downloaded all of my playlists etc. it doesnt seem to recognise that I have Premium for Family. Any help out there please.

Usually when users get a new phone and try to log in just to find out their Premium status is gone, this means that they logged into the wrong account. It's very easy to create a new account so it happens that users sometimes have a second account without them knowing.

 

Another option might be that your Premium actually stopped. Ask other members of your family if they still have Premium. if they do, ask the owner of the family plan to log in on our website to see if he can see your account among the active sub-accounts. He might also be able to issue a new invitation for you as well.
