Premium for Family

Me and my family was using spotify premium last month within old address.We moved new house right now our adress is different from last one.So my family just disconnected from last address's account but they can'T join this new premium because of '' You can only move to another family premium plan once in twelve months'' What should we do ? We paid the premium aswell for new account.

Hey @Exzking, here to help!

 

You're able to join a maximum of two Premium for Family plans as a member within a 12 month period. After that, you'll get an error message if you attempt to join the third one.

 

This means you may have already joined two Premium for Family plans already. This also means you won't able to switch again for now.

 

In the meantime, you can join the previous Premium for Family plan - and ask the owner to send another invite, or check out other subscription options.
