My sister and I live in the same address and she invited me to Premium for Family plan. I got the e-mail and applied. It worked for a while but then Spotify said they can't verify me and I got kicked out of the plan. I tried to reapply the invite but always got  "You're unable to join this Family plan. Need help? Read our FAQ." error. The FAQ told me to reapply for Premium and so I did but still can't get into my sister Family Plan… Help?

Keep in mind that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.


If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, you will be removed from the plan which would explain what happened here.


If this happens, you may restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. You can also check out our other trials and offers.
