My Question or Issue

 

Hello I have premium for family.  I'm the primary user of Spotify which I use on my phone all the time.  However sometimes while I'm listening my music and my husband or daughter turn there play list on Spotify changes songs on me or kick me out.   Is there a way around this to be able to stream multiple songs at the same time or we have to take turn to listen to music.

Hey @Truaxmel ,

 

Premium for Family allows you to listen on different devices using your individual accounts. It's not possible to stream online using the same account on different devices.

 

I recommend you and your family to create new accounts and add them to your Family Plan. The playlists can easily be shared in order for you to not lose your music.
