Premium for family invitations

Premium for family invitations

I had the premium for family acc with 5 people connected to it. Today was the day to pay the next (second) month and everyone was deleted from the plan. I've sent them the invitations again but now they can't enter the family. I don't know what happened that they have disappeared from the subscription and can't enter it again.

We suggest that your Family plan members reach out to our Customer Support team here, who will be able to help get them back on the plan.
