Premium for family issue

Good afternoon,

 

I subscribed to premium for family around a month ago, which was then cancelled as I forgot to confirm the address. I've been invited again twice in order to confirm the address and it doesn't seem to work. I tried it from different computers and browsers, as well as my phone using both wifi and 3G, and it still gives me an 'Oops' message. 

 

Kindly advise how to fix this problem.

Please reach out to Support so they can do a manual verification to make sure that you reside at the same address 🙂
