Premium for family page can’t open.

My Question or Issue

İ am trying to open “Account—> Premium for Family” page. İ want to control my family members and need to change my adress.

 

i added a screenshot for error message.

 

Please help me.

On https://www.spotify.com/se/account/family 

I get a lot of status code 400 and 404 in the Chrome console when the page is calling the Family API. It might prevent the family page from loading.

If you're still having troubles updating your address, we'd suggest trying the following:

  • Connecting to a different network (for example, if you're on 3G/4G when this happens, try a WiFi connection),
  • An incognito or private window in your browser
  • Use a different device
  • Wait 24 to 48 hours before giving it a fresh try

You can also try this link to invite family members to your plan.
