Premium for family plan

Hello, I had my account which is connected to my facebook (emshakira) as my premium acc under family plan. Suddenly my acc became a free one. I've tried to rejoin our family plan using my email and it turned out that i've logged in into a new account which is em.shakira. I still want my old account (emshakira) as my premium account. How can I solve this? thank you.

In this case, we suggest you close the extra account you made following these steps. Once that's sorted, ask the owner of the Premium for Family plan to invite you. 

When accepting the invite, use an incognito window to see if you have any trouble.
