two of the users of my family account, who have entered a different address, have been disconnected from the family and are no longer able to reconnect. what can I do?

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If Spotify is unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, the members are removed from the plan. You can read more about this here.

 

Lastly, you can try sending a new invitation from your account page. and see if it helps. 🙂
