Premium for family problem


I have bought premium for family 2 months ago and using spotify with my family without any problem but 2 days ago all my family member were kicked automatically. Now i send them email to join my family plan again but they can not join the family plan. Can you help me about it ?

In this case, could you try sending the invite using another browser or incognito mode? Also, could you send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.


If those do not work, could you try sending the invite using another email address? You do not need to send the invite on the email account registered with Spotify.
