My Question or Issue

  1.  I have just subscribed to premium for family and have added 2 family members at the same address. Why can't we listen to Spotify on our phones when someone else is listening on theirs? When we all go into our playlists it plays from each other's phones but not our own? Please help

Hey there @Nat46,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

First, kindly make sure that each family member is logged in their own Spotify account. To do that, you'll need to go to the account overview page on each device and click "Sign out everywhere".

 

Then, they'll need to log in on their own device using the login details of their personal Spotify account. Once you're each logged in your own account, you should be able to listen from your own devices without interruptions.
