Premium still not active


I started with Spotify free. Almost 1 week ago I paid for 1 Year premium. (A few days before the end of my free period) At the moment my account still shows ‘Free’ and I still can’t use premium. My next payment shows I have to pay 10 euro next week. What can I do? I already did log out and in again. Thanks!

You can start by taking a look at your Receipts page to see if your payment for the yearly subscription has gone though successfully.


If you see your payment there, you can check the email address on your Premium account here and make sure to use it to log in the app.


In case your issue persists, could you send us a screenshot of how the app and the account page appear on your end, just make sure to hide any sensitive info like payment details and emails.
