Premium subscription error - Can't Beleive it

Hi,

I subscribe Spotify premium for family yearly, but i receive just a normal spotify premium account for ONLY one member. How can i solve?

I see that spotify doesn't also have a phone number to solve this problem. My room mates now are angry about this problem.

I see two things.

fist of alla here to this community I see that I am not premium (get premium)

secondly the invoice talks about spotify premium and not about spotify premium for family yearly. But premium yearly cost only 99€ https://www.spotify.com/it/yearly/

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

Keep in mind that you can’t combine Premium for Family with any trials, or offers such as the yearly one. This would explain why you're on a regular Premium subscription instead.

 

However, if you've already availed of our yearly offer, you can still upgrade to a Premium for Family plan. You can find more info here on that.
