Premium to Premium Family not available

Premium to Premium Family not available

I have had Premium for a few years. Last year moved from South Africa to Australia. Now I am trying to change my country to Australia. The system accepted the change as I have entered an Australian credit card number.

 

However, it won’t give me the option to upgrade to Premium Family.

 

why?

 

If I close the account, I cannot open a new one in Australia using the same email address.

Thanks for reaching out about this! 

 

We can confirm that Premium Family is an existing option in Australia. It costs 17,99 AUD.

 

What happens when you try to upgrade to Premium Family? Do you see an error message?

 

Just to make sure if the payment did or didn't work out, you can check your account page.

Thanks for your reply.

Through the Twitter support we managed to fix it... so far so good.

Deactivated premium, then changed countries whilst in free membership,
then upgraded to premium family.

Will let you know how it works.
