Probleem met familie abbo

Goeie dag,

heb nu een maandje spotify familie abbonoment. 

Deze **bleep** ik samen met mijn vriendin en we wonen samen.

nu staat er dat je gescheiden sugesties hebt maar onze sugesties staan samen. En elke keer al ik aan het luisteren ben en zij gaat ook luisteren dan gaat die van mij op pauze en bij haar gaat die verder waar ik gebleven was. Dus we kunnen niet met 2 tegelijk luisteren. Neem aan dat juist wel de bedoeling moet zijn anders heb je er weinig aan.

One great thing about Premium for Family is that everyone on the plan has their own account, which means everyone can listen to music whenever they want. In your case, you might've set your girlfriend up on the same account which causes you not being able to play music while she is. 

We'd recommend asking your girlfriend to create a Spotify account here. If she already has an account with Spotify, she can just log in to the account and join the Premium for Family plan from there.
