My Question or Issue

We can only play one device under our Family Plan.  This has been a perpetual and frustrating issue.  If one device is playing, it will get kicked off as soon as a second device starts up.

We'd suggest you start off by taking a look at this Spotify Answer and make sure that all family members are logged in to their own accounts.

 

In case you are using smart speaker such as Alexa or Google Home, you should also double-check that they are linked to the correct account.
