My Question or Issue

Hello,

My son has an account on my spotify family. I turned on filtering on explicit content and it worked well. On the other hand I would like to reactivate it and when I do it and well my son still has no right to listen to music "explicit" tagged. He connects, disconnects, closes his computer ... nothing works.

Basically we can activate but no longer disable this option

Couls you help me please ?

Were you able to resolve this issue? 

If not, then could you try removing your son's account from your Family plan by going to your account overview page here (under the Subscriptions tab) and then reinviting him?
