Problem with Premium Family account

Problem with Premium Family account

 

 

Hi!

I have a Premium Family account. I have added my wife to the account, but for the 3rd or 4th time  she only get in ofline mode. Why? Her name is Trine M. Brandsdal Salvigsen.

 

Why should I pay for a Premium account when I am the only one that can use the account?

Hope you're doing great!

 

Are you getting an error message when she tries to use offline mode? Also, please make sure that each person on your Premium for Family account have their seperate account. They can sign up here 🙂

 

If you're still having trouble, could you please send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

She can use the Spotify in offline mode, but can not search after new songs and artists. Only play the songs she already have downloaded.

Could you make sure that everyone on the Premium for Family account has a seperate account? If they don't, they can each sign up for each account here 🙂

If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of an error message being shown.
