Problem with family members after payment

My Question or Issue

 I forgot abou payment and had empty bank account. After updating the informtion about credit card, family  members disappeared. I sent them reinvitation but they couldnt accept it . What to do ?

Sorry for the delay in replying, but maybe I can still lend a hand.

 

First off, please make sure that everyone on the plan reside at the same physical address as you. Otherwise, the plan won't work for them, and will remove them.

 

If you've checked that and still can't invite them - please try following these steps:

  • Use a different browser or incognito mode
  • Send the invite using a different email address
  • If that still doesnt work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (also include other steps you've tried on your end)
