Problem with my family premium

Problem with my family premium

hello,

I shared a account with my mom but I couldn’t listen music at the same time she did,  so we made an family account so that we both can listen music at the same time. For a few weeks this worked but now I can’t listen music at the same time as my mom anymore. We’re both logged in with our own account but still can’t listen music at the same time.

How is this possible and how can I fix this?

Please help!

There's something odd here. I guess you're actually logged in the same account.

 

Which devices are you using? Do you log in through Facebook?

 

Could you try using different devices and double check if your log in credentials are right?
