My Question or Issue

 

My husband sent the invitation for the family abo to my email-Adress. Is is the same adress I have conected to my Spotify account. I am not able to open the link. The page is loding for hours but it stays white. Now I can't join his family account on which all my play lists are saved.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

 

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
