Problem with premium account can not log in error code 117

I can't log in my account. Error code 117 - A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Please help!!!!!

Country: the U.S. but currently in China using Astrill VPN

It has been while! I've tried to clear all the cookie settings.. restart the app all that. Non of it works.

Also, we just want to remind you that Spotify doesn't officially support VPNs.
