Hello to everyone,

I have premium for family! I added already my mother and she already acepted, I created her an account, download the app and do the login! But I don’t know why her account works like a free one!! She can’t jump more then 6 song and she can not go back to listen the same song again!! Whyyyyy?!? Help me please!

ho scaricato premium for family e aggiunto mia madre, creato per lei una account e confermata la mail di invito. Quando però fa il login sulla app, può saltare solo 6 canzoni al giorno e non può tornare indietro... come se non avesse nessun abbonamento! Perché? Aiutoooooo

The first thing you should do is check if your mother's account is active in your Family plan. Please click on the link bellow and let me know if she's Active on the member's list.
