My Question or Issue

 Não consigo efetuar o pagamento do plano familiar com o meu cartão de débito. A página fica dando erro sempre que tento.

No suporte pedem pra trocar de rede, de aparelho, e entrar na guia anonima, tentei e nada. Contatei o banco e está tudo certo. Tenho tentado desde quinta feira e nada, esperei 24 horas conforme informado no suporte e nada, alguem pode me ajudar?
