Buenas tardes el dia de hoy renove el plan premium familiar el cual se deberia renovar hasta el 14/04/2018 pero revisando la pagina sale que se renovara el 24/03/2018 quiero saber xq ese detalle

Two different billing dates may indicate having two different accounts.

Please as a first basic step use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details.
