Problemas con Plan Familiar Premium

Plan: Spotifity Plan famiiar premium

Computador y Xiaomi Redmi 6

Windows 10 y Android 8.1

Mi problema:

Ayer renové mi Plan Familiar Premium, aunque todo procedió correctamente con el

pago a la hora de enviar las invitaciones las personas que aceptaron mi invitación les salía un error y no las dejaba conectarse a la cuenta de Spotifity.

Por ende me encuentro con el plan activo pero sin la oportunida de compartirlo correctamente.

Espero prontamente una solución.

First, have your family members made sure that they have their own Spotify account?

If so, then could you ask each of them to accept the invite from a different device or by opening the link in an incognito window or a different browser?

If that doesn't work, then could you try resending them the invite from your account overview page here?
