My Question or Issue

I've invited both of my teenage children to join my family premium but when they receive the email and follow the link it says that they need to be living in the same address (which they are) and it won't go any further 🙁 x

It says they can only change Family Premium once a year

That error message doesn't really have anything to do with not living at the same address 🙂

 

Can you ask them if they previously were part of another account's Premium for Family plan?
