My Question or Issue

I have problems with the users who register to my family plan, I had already passed this once, I have almost all the spaces occupied, two of the people who are in the family plan have been 3 months in the plan, but I have treated to add other people and when the month of the subscription passes automatically removes them from the list of family plan, and the data that you enter is the correct address and are the same to my account, after sending the request again and to enter the data again, says the message "You can no longer be part of this family plan." Someone who can solve this ?. Thank you

Hi!

Are you sure that the other people you're trying to add live in your home? Do they have the same address?

Yes, I am very sure of the information that I put and they all live in the same house. What is happening?
