Random People Being Added to Premium/Family Account

Hello - I've looked at my Premium/Family settings twice now in the past few months and have noticed there are names I don't recognize that are apparently using my membership. I changed my password then and have done it again today (after removing the randos, of course) but this is REALLY unsettling. Has anyone else seen this happen and is there some other way that people might be adding themselves on without actually having my password? Thanks in advance for any help out.

Thanks for this info - maybe I forgot to log out everywhere last time. Just gave that another try so hopefully that solves it. Thanks!
