Tengo un problema parecido mis familiares no pueden ingresar al plan familiar que me suscribi, ellos ingresaron la misma dirección pero ninguno fue aceptado

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Family plan. Just a heads up - all family members need to live at the same physical address to be eligible to join.
