Re-add Mom and Dad to Family plan

Hey guys,

 

Requesting for your help. Lately there had been emails sent to Family plan subscription members asking them to confirm their addresses in a span of a month. Failure to do so would mean they will be removed from the Family plan.

 

My mom and dad, as non-techies, have completely missed this email and have been removed from my family subscription. According to the web help, I cannot re-add them and that only a solo premium subscription is their only option. (I tried readding them, it didn't work)

 

Is there a way I could ask Spotify to override this and make them eligible for my family subscription again?

They'll both need to reach out to Support so that a manual address verification can be performed. 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
