Recover lost data after exiting a family plan

I recently was removed from a family plan and I have lost all of my data. My liked songs is what I especially would like to recover. Please assist me on how to recover all my data.

So, to confirm with you - you were a member and not the manager of the Family plan? 

 

If we understand correctly, you also have other playlists besides Liked Songs that are missing?

 

Make sure to check out this article which helps you find out if you have another account. You can also try finding your username from cache so that you're absolutely sure you're logging into the same account.
