Registration of invited email adresses fails

After purchasing the family account, we send out invitations to the email adresses of the familiy members - they do not have accounts yet. This worked for me, but when I try to create an account for my daughter the App on her phone hangs. Second try: Create the account from my laptop in the browser -> Spotify website hangs. No error messages are issued it just does not proceed.

Sorry to hear you can't get your family connected to the family plan!

Have you tried revoking the invite then registering your daughter? (Then resend the invite so she can accept) as I have seen that may cause issues.

Let me know how that goes and if it doesn't work we'll find another solution!
