My Question or Issue

 Last year my brother made a Premium Family plan and I was using this plan until he cancels. This month he made again a plan and invited me to be part of that, butwhen I try to accept the invite a message appears saying that I can only exchange family plan once a year. I Just can't understeand because the plan I had last years is already canceled for months. Please, help me!!!

I would log into your spotify account on spotify's main website to make sure you are disconnected from the account plan. You can check this by clicking payments in options for your account and then disconnect any form of payment. After that, ask your brother to send the invitation again and see if you can join now. If that does not work, I would call customer service. I hope I helped. Eu e Brasileiro tabem!
