I got a family membership (Premium for Family) while getting married. I add my address to system but, i do not remember. My home address was new and i did not fill address carefully. So i can not add my family to members to system.
I waited to cancel my account this month and it is canceled. I open premium again from the same account (account: kayabahadir). I pay for family account extra and still the problem same. Spotify system did not ask my address. I do not want to pay anymore please change my address.
There is no support mail, there is no guy in linkedin that is working in Spotify about customer relations.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.
However, this is an idea that other Spotify users have mentioned they'd like to see as well. In this case, you can head over to this idea and add your +VOTE and feedback in a comment to contribute to the discussion.
