Separate accounts?

Hello,

I just created an account via my Facebook. I took the family subscription. I sent an inivitation to both my parents but we are not able to have a separate account as it is indicated. When they connect, they only have access to my profile with my music. In the invitation message, when they click on the link, they can change the password but it is to my email address that it is send. Do we all have the same ID and password? It's so unclear ... How do we have to have each separate accounts?

Hey @CamilleTremblay,

 

If they both don't have their own accounts yet, they need to sign up at https://spotify.com/signup before they'll be able to accept the invites.
