Premium, switched to family, then billed again at premium

Signed up my son for spotify using my email

 

Changed bank info so was dropped from spotify for non payment

 

Fixed payment issue and noticed i could upgrade to family plan

 

Upgraded 

 

Sent code to myself and havent had time to set it up but my daughter set hers up.

 

When billed again, i was billed at premium again

 

I want to switch back to family but dont want my daughter to lose her playlist, she spent so much time creating, from her invitation code i sent her.

And by changing back, it messes up my billing cycle, i prefer beginning of month, over end of month.

 

Questions, will she be able to keep her profile and can i change billing date?

Absolutely! Her account will just revert to free until you upgrade to Spotify Premium for Family and invite her again. Everything else with her account will be intact.

Absolutely! Her account will just revert to free until you upgrade to Spotify Premium for Family and invite her again. Everything else with her account will be intact.
