Songs won't play on Windows desktop app and web player

My Question or Issue

 I cant' play songs in web player and in desktop app.

However I can play songs in Spotify mobile app (iPhone 6).
Premium family subscription. What's up?

We'd like to ask you if you could make sure you are logging into the same account on your mobile phone and on your computer. If you've checked this and it's still not working, please preform a reinstallation of the app using these instructions. 

To find out why it's not working on the Webplayer, please try a different web-browser and see if this helps.
