Hola, estamos intentando incluir mi cuenta de spotify al grupo familiar pero no me permite ¿Podrían ayudarnos? ya intentamos re-enviar la invitación, cancelar y volver a agregar la cuenta pero no podemos 😞

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when you try joining the Premium for Family plan? Also, do you have the same issue if you try joining using an incognito window in your web browser?
