My husband and I started a Spotify Family Plan last month, and everything turned out alright. After the second billing, my account got kicked out of the plan and reverted to Spotify Free.
My husband tried to send me an invitation, and evertytime I click "accept" it appears a form to fill. After the submission of the form completed, it allways appears an error message telling me "you're unable to join this Family plan", as the image attached to this message.
We are from Portugal, and we use spotify on Windows 10 and iPhone 5s/7.
Can you help us out please?
