Hi Spotify,

 

My family members who live at the same physical address as me were recently kicked off from the family plan due to their forgetfulness in verifying their address in the email. 

 

I have sent them invitations to accept again only to result in failure.

 

Please kindly advise on what I can do. Thanks guys!

Since your family members couldn't verify the address on time, they won't be able to join the plan again. However, as you're living together in the same physicall address, you should contact the Support team.

 

You can reach out to them via Twitter or Facebook. They'll take a closer look at the accounts to help you out.
