Spotify Family account - members still paying for individual Premium accounts

Hi, 

 

My family and I have been using Spotify Premium for Family for approx 6 months. I own this plan. We were all on seperate Premium accounts prior to this. 

 

Since we switched to the Family subscription, I pay the Family subscription rate, but my Family members are still being charged individual premium rates. 

 

We have tried to find out where to fix this in both my account (owner of family premium) and in the various family members' accounts, but every month they still get charged. They did not sign up for individual Premium accounts through a third-party. 

 

Ay idea how to fix this? - how to stop family subsciption members from being charged for prior individual premium subscription?

Hey @ik8, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like they didn't join your plan. Try checking your Subscription Overview to see if they're currently part of your plan. 

 

If they are, and they're still getting charged for individual Premium. Ask them to reach out to us on Twitter with their account info to see if it helps.
