Hello:

 

I've been using Spotify Family account since June 2016, and just a few days ago 4 of my 5 users using their account lose them cuz can't confirm their address with mine. I sent them back the invitation, but it appears a notification that the account can't be related to my account. What can I do, to have their premium account back, they actually have a Free account.

I have the same problem. 2 of 4 members were removed and can't be taken back. They certainly are party of my family (my Dad and Wife) and we live together.
